FirstCheck.App is built on a simple principle: your data is yours alone. Unlike many AI-powered applications, we do not store, retain, or share your inputs, your reports, or the entities you research. This page explains, in plain language, what little we do handle and why.
Beta Access, Inquiries, and Licensing Requests
When you submit a request through our website forms — including Beta Access, General Inquiries, Enterprise Licensing, and Advisory Inquiries — we receive the information you provide: your name, work email, organization, and role. This information is used solely to respond to your request and administer your access. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Report Generation
When you use FirstCheck.App to generate a report, you may optionally provide your name, work email, organization, role, and reason for the inquiry. The only required inputs are the details of the entity you are assessing.
Any information you provide is used solely to generate your report and is not retained by the system after your session ends.
Access Codes and Usage
We use access codes to manage platform usage limits. Access codes and usage counts are stored in our secure database solely to enforce usage entitlements and prevent abuse. They are not linked to the content of any report.
No cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools are currently deployed on this platform.
Payment Processing
When you purchase FirstCheck.App report credits, payment is processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. FirstCheck.App receives only confirmation that payment was made.
FirstCheck.App does not handle or store payment card information.
Security Posture
FirstCheck.App is deployed on DigitalOcean App Platform with HTTPS enforced across all endpoints. User authentication and access code management are handled through hardened server-side infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit.
